Toshiba Video
Conferencing Solutions
Video
Communication Solution (VCS™) provides users with point-to-point video
communication and collaboration (desktop and applications sharing)
capabilities. Using VCS, video and collaboration can be added to your daily
telephone conversations.
Toshiba’s new
Video Communication Solution (VCS) for the Strata CIX™ family of IP business
communication systems makes video virtually as easy to use as a traditional
telephone, and because it’s compatible with the user’s existing Strata CIX
system and telephone handsets, the VCS offers a very affordable entry point
into video communication and collaboration.
Video Applications
Abound in Every Business
Moving video conferencing out of the conference
room and onto individual workers’ desktops turns occasional benefits into
practical every day solutions.
Video communications take productivity to a new
level by allowing remote workers to see, hear, interact and collaborate on
projects together, no matter where they are physically located. Whether it’s
used for daily organizational calls or VIP communication, VCS provides the
remote way to conduct virtual in-person meetings for staff education, field
engineer support, sales staff support, product demos, work group discussions,
and much more. The document sharing and collaboration allow all participants
to view the same online data, so it’s almost like being there in person.
Because it takes the place of face-to-face meetings, video communication can
dramatically reduce the cost of business travel and enhance productivity and
quality of work.
