ShoreTel IP Business Telephone Systems
Whether simplifying day-to-day communications,
streamlining the work of contact center agents and supervisors, or making it
easier for mobile workers to stay in the loop, ShoreTel Communicator puts
intuitive communication and collaboration tools at end users' fingertips.
ShoreTel Communicator delivers unified communications (UC) in an
intuitive interface and is available in diverse environments such as Web
browsers, Windows, Mac OS, Citrix, iPhones, BlackBerry, and Nokia mobile
phones. With minimal training, users across job roles can master a full
suite of versatile tools for managing real-time communications on their
computer or mobile phone, moving seamlessly between voice, video, or IM as
needed.
ShoreTel Communicator provides integrated advanced call
management and quality desktop video in a highly customizable interface that
is easy to set up. In addition to tight integration with Microsoft Outlook,
it offers instant messaging (IM) functionality that gives users the power to
contact people in remote locations, have sidebar conversations during calls,
or to bring several people into a chat session. Pre-built integration
of enterprise and CRM applications (such as Salesforce), calendaring, and
workflow, raises the bar on customer interaction by putting data where it's
most needed. ShoreTel Communicator can also integrate with third-party
information and applications via a rich set of application programming
interfaces (APIs).
ShoreTel IP Phones
ShoreTel offers a wide range of telephones
to provide the right solution for each application - be it
an executive, executive assistant, operator, ACD agent or
supervisor, or general office user. ShoreTel phones provide
end users the features and quality they demand. And
ShorePhones are pre-configured to match the ShoreTel system
to eliminate configuration issues during installation.
ShorePhone Business
Telephones deliver the features and quality users demand on their
desktop. Shoreline's telephones can be used both with the
ShoreWare Call Manager applications and stand-alone, and make managing
calls easy whether using simple mouse clicks on your desktop or the
pre-programmed soft keys on the telephones.
The ShorePhone AP
100 Analog Business Telephone delivers the power of the Shoreline IP
PBX through a reliable, easy to use, analog telephone. With the AP 100
and the ShoreWare Call Manager application, users have point and click
access to the features they need and can easily handle up to 16 calls
simultaneously. When used independently, the telephone provides a
larger display for caller information and intuitive one key access to
important features.
The Shoreline AP 110 Analog Business
Telephone provides enhanced features for users that prefer analog
telephones but need additional capabilities. Like the AP 100, the
telephone works seamlessly with all the Shoreline call managers and also
provides easy to use feature keys giving uses the options they demand.
For added convenience, the Shoreline AP 110 also includes an integrated
headset jack that is compatible with most cellular headsets and a data
port for sharing the analog line.
The ShorePhone IP 100
Business Telephone delivers the telephone features users need across a
converged infrastructure. For end users, the IP 100 provides
excellent voice quality and makes feature access easy with its large
display and intuitive pre-programmed feature keys and soft-key menus.
And for system administrators, the telephone provides plug-and-play
deployment enabling the ShoreTel IP Office system to automatically
discover the phone and provision it on the system simply by connecting
it to the network.
ShoreGear Hardware
The ShoreGear voice switches provide a highly reliable, highly scaleable
platform for the distributed call control software. Each ShoreGear voice
switch connects to the IP network using a 10/100M ethernet port.
The ShoreGear-24 supports 24 analog ports - 8 universal
telephone / trunk ports and 16 telephone ports. The ShoreGear-24
interfaces to standard analog trunks using loop start or wink start
signaling as well as to standard analog telephones including CLASS
feature phones with Caller ID Name and Number and Message Waiting.
The ShoreGear-T1 provides higher density trunking to
the central office using T1 or PRI signaling. The ShoreGear-T1 can also
be used as a gateway to legacy PBX systems. The ShoreGear-E1
provides higher density trunking using E1 PRI signaling for
international locations.
The ShoreGear-Teleworker provides four analog ports for
remote Teleworkers.
If more sites or more ports are required, you simply connect additional
ShoreGear voice switches to your IP network. The system is inherently
scaleable unlike legacy PBX systems that have hardware breakpoints with
line cards, shelves, cabinets and systems.
